For this very special property in the hills of LA, our clients invited SSP to update a kitchen and primary bedroom suite. New floorplans on both first and second levels are oriented to the stunning view of downtown. Under a Mills Act contract, our alterations to the exterior were limited, so we took our cues for the interior renovation from existing prairie-style details within the house, including a recurring duet of ceiling heights and original doug fir moldings, trims, and picture rails.
